They were always available and ready to help. essaid assisted me with planning activities. He even marked interesting places on a map. the hotel was kept very clean, with daily room service and fresh towels. breakfast was delicious and had good variety. I liked the fresh pastries.
The riad was a bit noisy. I could hear sounds from the street and other guests.

i found the staff helpful. the roof terrace provided a lovely space to relax in the sun and the meals tasted delicious. housekeeping kept the rooms spotlessly clean .
the room i stayed in was a little smaller than i anticipated.

the staff were very helpful and friendly i especially appreciate the attention i received from the team the rooms were super clean and smelled of orange blossom the rooftop restaurant provided fabulous views during breakfast the breakfast itself was great.
the room felt small storage was limited

The staff were helpful and friendly, especially hamza. He offered us tea and explained the city's ins and outs upon arrival. hamza also booked cabs and assisted with anything needed, our safety and enjoyment!!!
